Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using third-party shipping carriers. Shipping providers may vary depending on the order and delivery location.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, ZoZo Cap Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

ZoZo Cap Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

While we are happy to help guide you through the process, ZoZo Cap Co. cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages lost by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. ZoZo Cap Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because many products are customized or made to order, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Many of our items are custom embroidered and made to order. Please double check all details before placing your order.
